Our Make It & Take It Painting Classes are a big hit and so much fun! All classes are instructed by Karen McCluskey. Karen is a self-taught freehand artist and has been painting for over 25 years. She and her husband are the owners of The Candle Garden.
Each class is approximately 2 to 3 hours long. Karen will lead participants step-by-step through each painting and will show you how to create your own masterpiece. Each project will be completed during class time and you will take your masterpiece home with you that night! Currently we are painting on canvas but may incorporate other mediums such as wooden projects handmade by Greg. These may include garden boxes, bird houses, etc. Please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page for specific class details.
Currently we are offering the Make It & Take It class each Friday and Saturday night. All classes are held at The Candle Garden. Our classes can be booked any night for private parties. These classes are great for birthday parties, girls night out, bridal parties, office parties, holiday events, etc. We are also available for children's parties. Please contact us for details on how to book a private party.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon booking of private events. A final head count and remaining payment is due 10 days prior to the date of your event. In the event that you have to re-schedule, your deposit can be transferred as long as you notify us within 2 weeks of your event date.
